Due to the handmade nature of our work and the authentic natural color variations of untreated jade, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

We care deeply about our collectors. In exceptional circumstances, return or replacement requests are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any final decision regarding returns, exchanges, or repair assistance rests solely with IxoraSaw.
